We want you to love your Maria Nila hair care products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that products are unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused products securely in their original box and include the return form provided in your initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
